PT. Presisi Rekayasa Propertindo was built in 2014 as property developer. Although we are pretty new in the industry, our owner has started the property business as early as 2007 with individual housing in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) then continued with our first cluster of 1.7 ha for 100 unit housing in Puri Arsana Sawangan on 2011. We continued building some other clusters in Bintaro as well as Limo – Meruyung Depok.

Over time we continue to develop our business, targeting the small and medium segment of the market, continuing to pursue our vision to become a trusted developer with high value products that are well received by the community.
